What is the return policy?
Because many of our items are made-to-order or customized specifically for you, custom and
personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For non-custom items, please contact us within 5 business days if there is an issue with your
order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error (hey, we're human!), please
reach out with photos and your order information so we can make it right.
Please double-check sizing, spelling, names, numbers, colors, and other customization details
before submitting your order. We create your item based on the information provided at
checkout.
How do we customize products?
Customization is kind of our thing!
If a product offers customization, you'll find the available options right on the product page.
Depending on the item, you may be able to choose your school or team, mascot, colors, player
name and number, relationship (Mom, Dad, Grandma, etc.), or other personalized details.
Don't see exactly what you're looking for? Reach out! We love bringing ideas to life and may be
able to customize an existing design for your team, school, business, or organization.
Please remember that colors and design placement may vary slightly from what you see on
screen, especially when adapting a design for different schools, mascots, garment colors, or
sizes.
Do you ship or offer local delivery?
Both!
Alena Dunn Designs is based in Southwest Michigan and proudly ships orders nationwide.
Local delivery is also available for orders in our local area. You'll be able to select that option
during checkout.
Please make sure your shipping or delivery information is correct before placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
Most Alena Dunn Designs items are made especially for you, which means they aren't sitting on
a shelf waiting to ship—and we think that's part of what makes them special!
Turnaround times can vary depending on the product, customization, order size, current order
volume, and availability of materials. Any specific turnaround information will be noted on the
product listing when applicable.
If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm
whether we're able to accommodate your deadline. We always do our best, but rush requests
cannot be guaranteed.
Turnaround time refers to the time needed to create your order and does not include
shipping/transit time.
